Rules: Current residents receive a Referral Bonus when a new resident they refer has lived in their Living Well Homes apartment for a minimum of 45 days and has paid one full month’s rent at a non-discounted rate. Current residents are not permitted to delay paying their rent based on the fact that a referral bonus will be applied to their account in the future, as they are not entitled to the referral bonus unless the two conditions (previously outlined), are met. The referral bonus is $200 for newly signed leases of 12 months or longer.
